We are now approximately 11,424km from London. Our route so far is portrayed in the video above. The journey went very well. The view from our hotel room (see below) looked out onto some of the most expensive hotel rooms in Singapore. I wonder what the people looking out of those rooms thought about their view? We can't wait to start exploring tomorrow.

We were in Tower 3, room 2021, still have the room key, can’t remember seeing your hotel though 😂

Hi Gary & Dawn,

We went yesterday for a Champagne at Sunset package on the Sky Deck. Five minutes before leaving our hotel we watched the MBS disappear in a thick black cloud followed by sheets of water falling from the sky. We were cancelled on arrival, then a lovely girl representative of MBS took us to a complimentary Gondola trip through the shopping mall and then got us booked into the Spargo lounge for food and cocktails later in the evening. We killed time and a few S$ in the Casino ahead of our booking. As we got a full refund for the original evening, all worked out OK in the end! View from the MBS wasn’t bad either,…
